Pine Acres RV Resort in Raymond spans 406 sites, offering a range of RV, tent, and cabin accommodations. Open annually from May through October, the resort features full hookups for most RV sites, including electricity, water, and sewer, with nightly rates averaging $48–55. Weekly and seasonal stays offer discounted rates, making it ideal for long-term campers. The property includes a comprehensive dump station as part of the full-hookup service. Pad surfaces are generally gravel or mixed wooded grounds, with level, paved interior roads easing navigation for big rigs. Each site typically includes a picnic table, fire ring, and access for tents. Campsite amenities include 20/30/50 amp, water, sewer, pull-thru layouts, big-rig accommodation, trash pickup, and tent-friendly zones. On-site facilities include restrooms and showers, laundry, a camp store with firewood and supplies, and paid Wi-Fi. Recreation options are plentiful: playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, game room/billiards, fishing along waterfront areas, and planned weekend events. The staff should pay closer attention to the facilities

The campground was noisy between loud music and golf cart traffic. However, I expected it to be noisy due to Memorial Day weekend. The noise settled down after transient campers pulled out and we were able to enjoy our stay afterwards. My only complaint is cleanliness of the restroom/bathhouse. There were bugs, trash, and mud in the showers. The staff should pay closer attention to the facilities especially with the price campers pay to stay at their campground.

What a great campground

What a great campground!! I disagree with most of these reviews. This was our first time staying here and we LOVED it!! It was so peaceful and quiet! We actually extended our stay so we moved spots and both were great! Very private with great views. Lots of great of activities for both children and adults. The manager goes above and beyond! What a nice guy! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This is by far one of our favorite parks. We will definitely be back!! Wish we could of stayed longer! It’s easy to get in and out of, close to the highway and stores.

This campground was great!

This campground was great! Stayed here with the Thousand Trails Cabin Pass and had no issues. We checked in/out outside of normal office hours and the staff was super helpful and accomodating! Cell service was great, no issues with Verizon, T-mobile or AT&T. Only 25 minutes from the beach too which was great!! Overall great experience, would go back again!

Staff were friendly as well.

Just went camping for the first time here, I heard mixed feelings about the resort and had to check it out myself. We had a quite site right on the river. It was very peaceful. Campers where spread out so noise and space was no issue. Place was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly as well. Over all this trip brought me back to my childhood of camping. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Lots to do for the kids and the beach is amazing.

Okay , this campground is very nice me and my family have been going here for years. Lots to do for the kids and the beach is amazing. Also in this campground has its own basket ball court base ball field playground horse shoe game and can’t forget the store up front kinda pricey but it’s good. Also GREAT for group camping, sites are really Good sizes bathrooms are nice people really cool over here staff/ other people at sites Overall i rate this place 5 stars great place me and the kids Love it here
