Marion Campground & RV Park is a well-equipped private campground located just off Interstate‑57 in southern Illinois. This full‑service park features 58 spacious RV sites including 27 pull‑through options with 20/30/50 amp electric, water, sewer, cable TV, and reliable Wi‑Fi internet. Nightly rates are $49.95, with a weekly rate of $270 and a monthly rate of $690 along with 10 % discounts for Good Sam, FMCA, veterans, and Escapees.On-site amenities include clean showers and laundry facilities, a dump station, propane fill station, and a well-stocked general store offering snacks, RV supplies, and ice. Guests can relax in the lounge/game room and enjoy pizza, cold drinks, or unwind near the outdoor deck. Families will appreciate the playground and picnic pavilion, while pet owners have access to a designated walking area.

Marion Campground is a great, locally owned campground that is conveniently located within the city limits and adjacent to Interstate 57 in Marion. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The campground is open year-round and is extremely pet friendly, with a two great dog walk areas that are clean. There is also a nice playground area for kids and a picnic pavilion. There are shaded spaces and some are not. PLUS, clean laundry facilities and shower. AND one of the best kept secrets in the area, the bar (which has a lovely outdoor patio and sometimes live music). Very safe and comfortable.

When we arrived, the RV park was cozy and calm. The sites were pull-through and easy-to-access hookups. The only issue we faced, which was minor since we stayed one night to rest, was that the electricity was not giving full service for our 50amp hookup.

Needed an overnight stop off of 57 and was pleased to talk to Taffy about a reservation for 2 RVs. We were about an hour out and she said just to come in and we’d take care of everything then. She was so friendly and accommodating to our group when we arrived, check in was easy and fast. She invited us to come back to the bar after we got settled. Sites were basic but full hook up and priced well. Great location and although they don’t have a pool we would most definitely go back!! Highly recommend!
