Reasonable Price

There for only one nite very clean some seasonal but the areas around sites was neat right on river full hook up reasonable price wood say again.

It’s your basic campground great access to the Wapsi River. The city has the right idea this place is super affordable the park is clean and the campground host is 2nd to none. Shar is a straight shooter and keeps a nice campground is super understated and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is pleasant Thanks Shar you are truly Amazing City of Independence keep up the great work thank you

Love the park and the town is even more of a plus.

Love the park and the town is even more of a plus. It’s not a real kid friendly park. Has a swing set and slide in sand. Has a very nice picnic area and we were able to have some fun with our 13 grandchildren like sac races, 3 legged races and as you can tell we used our imagination bringing back memories from our childhood. They had a blast doing 400 water balloons and we paid cash prizes for who picked up the most popped ones
