This park is small, but very quiet and well kept

This park is small, but very quiet and well kept. Some spots are better than others, and there may be price differences depending on the spot you choose. It is usually full due to the fact that it is in such a great location. The office is never open, so you must use the website wisely 😉 to better understand where your spot is and everything else.

Their professionalism is admirable

This was my second service at the Reggie Jackson Honda dealership. I had the A1 Honda Odyssey service completed. Jonathan and the staff are the best!! Their professionalism is admirable. The service center, waiting area and showroom are spotless, inviting and well maintained. They are well-deserving of the 5 star review.

I’ve been staying here a while. It’s very convenient to Durham, Chapel Hill and Raleigh. Very quiet and safe. Lots of trees and shade. Electric and sewage are included with monthly rent. Although the office is normally closed, the friendly staff is very responsive to email and phone. Highly recommend!

A very good experience!

We have been here for over a week for a four month stay. Doug has been extremely helpful answering questions we have had. Laundry on sight, which is nice to have. Nice wooded setting, yet minutes to major shopping centers. Neighbors have been very nice and friendly. So far a very good experience!

Nice place

Nice place, quiet with tightly spaced spots but not the worst I have seen. The monthly price is high but includes all utilities and the location is connected to a trailer park but even the trailer park is nice and well kept so not a shady place like I was expecting so that was a nice surprise. The location is why they get away with the price, its 10 minutes or less from Duke University Hospital. All in all, a bit expensive but it is a great location, my other option would have been $200 a month less but would have been a 30 minute drive so I chose this one, so far it seems like a good choice.
