The park features approximately 65 spacious campsites with a mix of pull-through gravel pads offering 50 amp service and back-in concrete pads with 30 amp, perfectly accommodating large rigs. Great clean place to stay.

I will give it 10 stars if I’m allowed. Great clean place to stay. Bathrooms/showers/ very clean. Place well kept. Owner very helpful and nice. Will definitely stay here again when we travel this way. What I wanted to say already described by others positively. Highly recommended.

We left Florida due to that nasty visitor, Hurricane Irma

We left Florida due to that nasty visitor, Hurricane Irma. On the road we looked for places near Hattiesburg to wait out the storm with our 5th wheel. We found Magnolia Sands online and called the owner, Bridgette. She was warm and welcoming, telling us that she had a couple of people from Florida there already and that she had space for us. Along the way, we were asked if we knew any places to stay with campers, and we passed the information along. When we got there, we were welcomed like old friends….along with the others that followed us there. It is pleasant and comfortable, with a lovely pond. They have full hook-ups, laundry, shower rooms, and play areas for children. They also welcome friendly pets. Look forward to staying there again when we are on the road, and as place to go to spend some quiet time. Hosts were great.

RV Park I have visited

Best RV Park I have visited, the owners treat you like gold, and the people are very friendly and welcoming. When the temperatures got down into the teens the owners made sure that everyone had sufficient propane, topping off or filling any as necessary. Male/Female bathhouses are separate and stay clean and well stocked. There is an activity room with some exercise equipment next to the bathhouses. The cell and WiFi service is poor but I did not remove any stars for this b/c the owners are upfront about this prior to your stay and they have a cell booster in place so it is out of their control. However, this could be problematic if you are working remotely.
