Campers enjoy gravel pads with picnic tables and fire rings, along with a shared dump station, showers, laundry, and freshwater access. The park is pet‑friendly, and its maritime forest includes one of the state’s longest handicapped‑accessible trail systems. Recreation options are plentiful: surf and estuary fishing, boating, birdwatching, and interpretive programs at the on‑site nature center. Six marked hiking/biking trails meander through dunes and tidal wetlands.
